How do bookings and the calendar work?
Set your weekly hours, give each session type its own colour, and book clients straight from the calendar. Your calendar follows your own time zone. For a new session you send a proposal that your client accepts, and you choose whether they pay to confirm, confirm now and pay later, or the session is complimentary.

What happens on the day of a session?
Open the session from your calendar, join the video room, and mark your client as arrived, a no-show or completed. You can copy the video invite link, write a note or read past treatment notes without leaving the page.

How do I write and store therapy notes?
Write notes from templates in Clinical Blueprints, with quick-pick phrases and free text. Keep a note as a draft, finalise it when you are done, and export it as a PDF. Each client's earlier notes sit beside the editor as you write.

How are client records kept?
Every client has one file: details, clinical intake, session notes, a record vault for documents, appointments, assigned forms, shared resources, and billing and invoices. You can bring in your existing clients and keep everything together.

Do I need WhatsApp or Zoom?
No. Sessions run in a private video room on MLC, and you message clients inside the platform, so you never have to share your personal number. Messages are sent over an encrypted connection (TLS 1.3).

How do I track sessions and invoices?
The Appointments page lists every session with its status and payment, and lets you mark a no-show, open the details or notes, and create an invoice in a click.

How do I get paid?
Clients pay securely online through Razorpay. Your earnings page shows revenue trends, sessions and settlements with a receipt for each, and payouts go straight to your bank account. A small contribution from your payouts keeps MLC ad-free and affordable for Indian professionals.
