Saheen Nasreen

Hi I am Saheen Nasreen.I hold an M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology and have developed my clinical understanding through academic training, supervised clinical exposure, and internships. My experience includes work at NIMHANS, Bengaluru, in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, as well as exposure to assessment and intervention work with children and adolescents. I have also worked with psychological assessment tools and gained experience understanding clients within their individual, developmental, and social contexts.

Alongside my clinical training, I am currently developing my practice as a supervised therapist, with a strong interest in existential and depth-oriented approaches to therapy. I see my journey as an ongoing process of learning, supervision, self-reflection, and developing a responsible therapeutic presence.
